Graphic PERT/Cost Milestone Reporting

An uncomplicated, straightforward, and flexible system of associating costs with program milestones is presented. Costs are associated with milestones without expanding the basic PERT network, or requiring significant accounting structure changes. Computerized printouts reflect combined program cost and schedule status. The PERT cost milestone system permits predicting and reporting of cost and schedule status by end items of the contract.
