The attention of management personnel is focused on the need to prepare for eventual replacement of key personnel in the maintenance departments. The curriculum at Industrial Education Centers which can provide a quality education program for personnel in Transportation Technology is outlined. The Wilson center operates under a two year post-high school technical institute plan. It is emphasized that a technical education program developed for industry should be operated in close cooperation with key industrial leaders, utilizing their experience and advice pertaining to the needs of the industry, both present and future.
