An Analytical SEA and a Hybrid SEA Technology Comparison Through a Real-World Application
Published September 29, 2010 by Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan in Japan
This paper discusses serious deficiencies of an analytical SEA (ASEA) technology, in comparison with a Hybrid SEA (HSEA) technology which is based on the systematic and seamless combination of the analytical and experimental SEA. The deficiencies are shown in terms of their accuracy and model development time when they are applied to road noise simulations using the SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) on a chassis dynamometer. And the predominancy of HSEA which we presented was able to be shown from these results.
