Vibration Energy-Based Model for Automotive Body in White by Using Measurement

We discuss the energy-based models including statistical energy analysis model for machine structure. In the energy-based models, the structure is subdivided into subsystems such as components or/and parts and the subsystem vibration and/or acoustic energies which are averaged in the area of subsystem and frequency band are considered. In this paper, we construct some kinds of the vibration energy-based models for the automotive body in while by using the vibration measurement data. This paper also presents the identification results of power input into the body in white under shaker tests.
