Abstract
The damping effect in hydraulics engine mount is mainly caused by liquid resonance phenomenon in the orifice. So far, the phenomenon in the orifice has been realized by a fluid-mass to explain the characteristics such as amplitude and frequency dependence. In this paper the hydraulic engine mount is modeled by the physical modeling techniques and the result is compared to the theoretical one to confirm the validity of this method.
