OLED Technology and Its Possible Use in Automotive Applications

Abstract
The paper describes today's OLED technology and its predicted development. Furthermore it analyses the possible use of OLED's in automotive signaling and interior applications, considering key physical parameters like luminance, emission pattern, luminous efficiency, lifetime, color, size and flexibility. OLED technology is predicted to enter both signaling and interior applications between 2010 and 2012.
