This paper deals with the evaluation method of the sensory intensity of peripheral display, such as a warning telltale. It is known that the awareness of displays in the peripheral vision is influenced by various display factors such as graphic size and brightness. This paper experimentally verifies the relational expression of the sensory intensity that relates to awareness and other display factors. The results show two things: The first is that the portion of sensory intensity related to the factors of display itself (brightness, size, contrast) is expressed by the sum of the weighted log of each factor of display; the second is that the location factor influenced sensory intensity exponentially.
