A Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), which can read and write data at high speed, is usually used for image processing integrated circuit (IC). However, we have developed the custom IC which can process the image in real time using the Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) with slow access speed and with new access of processed data. We can compose the image of two cameras in short time since the IC can capture both field and can correct vertical gap automatically.
