Abstract
High requirements are placed on chassis systems and their components by demands for the highest level of driving comfort, improved dynamics of vehicle movement and safety. An interesting solution to fulfil these various demands is presented by air suspension. A few years ago, air suspension in cars in Europe reached series maturity and has established itself in the field of top class vehicles. With this article current examples as well as new developments and functions in the area of “Line and connections management and components in air suspension” are presented.
