Abstract
Several approaches have been utilized to design the hydraulic system of the MANDO MGH series TCS/ESP. Each component has been analyzed through parametric analysis and then a customized model identical to the actual component has been set up. The selected parameters are then applied to the actual design of the series production ABS.
This system is applied to the motor and pump, which can react accordingly to the supplied electrical current without delay and be apt for optimum hydraulic force. This enables the complex hydraulic system to function under critical circumstances such as low voltage and mixed conditions as well as various rotational speeds and hydraulic conditions.
This paper describes the optimum motor & pump design and analysis, and also consists of the hydraulic design concept, hydraulic force analysis and a model-based component design analysis by comparison with the test data.
