As the complexity of embedded electronic systems increases, interconnected by a CAN link, the task of diagnosing such systems increases exponentially. In order to face this challenge it's necessary to spread and make available the required knowledge for such task, something that is not trivial in a country large and heterogeneous like Brazil.
This paper present's a solution that enables remote diagnosis through a Web Interface. Such solution offers a Call Center with an internet tool to provide consulting and guidance on problems, such as complex and hard-to-find system failures, what without a very specific knowledge and highly qualified crew, would be too difficult to solve. In a centralized Call Center, it's possible to keep a database of frequent problems, what is used to compile repair guidelines and find out product's defects.
