Abstract
The Honeywell Defense & Space, DLA team developed a new pricing methodology, reducing the average quotation to order turn around time from 195 days or more, to less than 61 days. The new One-Pass Pricing methodology includes up-front customer participation, reducing effort to prepare, propose and negotiate, and eliminates post-review time. This methodology, which can also utilize web-based conferencing, allows hundreds of additional items to be added to the Strategic Supplier Alliance program on a monthly basis, increasing Honeywell's items on contract for supporting new delivery orders and increased sales.
