Fuel Cell Vehicles: Technology, Market, and Policy Issues

This paper provides a synopsis of a SAE Research Report of the same title that takes a comprehensive look at the status of fuel cell technology for highway vehicles. The report gives an overview of the technology along with a reasoned view of the challenges to be confronted before a business case for fuel cell vehicles can be made.
