Abstract
This paper describes the interference by personal electric devices to the aircraft systems, and clarifies the cause. Some incident cases were extracted from databases, and the interference mechanism was examined. The result clarifies that some type of avionics circuits are very susceptible to interference and only the shielding of cables and cases are protecting from incidents. The aircraft which has had incidents should be carefully inspected.
