Abstract
This paper describes the development of a new telemetry and data analysis system (ATLAS V7) for use in Formula One and other professional motorsport applications. The system provides the ability to view data in real-time as it is being logged, as well as previous lap data collected over multiple transmissions from the car. Although the technique of sending the data more than once is well known, this system is quite special in its approach of enabling the user to view and analyse data as it is received, while updating and refining it as and when missing telemetry data is transferred.
