Abstract
Questions of removing of surface charge from airplane’s surface by means of Tesla RF discharge and pulsed discharge in the atmosphere are considered. Purposes of application of these discharges are discussed. Experimental schemes of application of Tesla RF discharge and pulse erosive plasma jet are considered. Preliminary experimental results on the decrease of the surface charge by means of erosive plasma jet have been obtained.
