Panel Discussion: Advanced Brake Engineering for Future Vehicle Architectures

This panel will address two topics of interest related to the design, development, supplier-OEM relationship and customer experience for braking systems; the issues and challenges to implement braking systems in autonomous vehicles and the future implementation of dry brake by wire brake systems will be discussed. Experts from two major OEMs, two Tier 1 suppliers and from a Systems Engineering Integrator will bring their perspectives and input on these topics. Although either topic could be a conference in itself, the primary issues and challenges facing the industry as these technology areas approach reality will be addressed.
