Abstract
To produce training with measurable results and commercial value, the developer should have a method to guide the assembly of materials into a validated course. The method can be defined as a discipline that contains a specific set of elements to cause learning.
This paper offers a disciplined approach to the use of technology in developing training courses, and a description of the emotional impact on the developer and instructor.
