Abstract
Nylon 6 block copolymers (NBC) are a new family of resins capable of a wide range of properties. The resins have good resistance to heat and possess a good balance of impact strength and stiffness. The chemistry and the NBC reaction injection molding process are discussed, along with resin properties and the effects of resin variables on properties.
