The revision removes the size limits (1.1), updates the Title to match the Scope, updates composition and reporting (3.1, 3.1.1), adds strain rate control (3.3.1.1.1), adds note on mechanical properties (Table 2), adds requirements for selling (EXC) marked product (8.5), authorizes additional testing on forging stock (4.4.2, 8.6), and adds ordering information to address alternate conditions (8.6).
