This revision updates the concentration (3.3.2) and the flaw-to-background test (3.3.3.2), to incorporate standard test methodologies, and adds Figures 1 through 4 to illustrate samples and typical response to the flaw-to-background test. This revision also incorporates corrections to specification references (Section 2), and requirements for acceptances tests (4.2.1).
