Abstract
This paper will describe effective methods to communicate and document Quality Accidents. Some of the methods of communication which will be described are regularly scheduled conference calls, problem solving documentation, team meetings, etc. Effective use and timely execution of these methods will allow your company to maintain good standing with your customer and will go a long way toward providing total customer satisfaction.
