The practical problem of a two-bladed rotor on unsymmetrical supports has long been of interest. The lack of polar symmetry introduces significant analytical difficulty. A model of such a system is formulated and its stability characteristics under the influence of aerodynamic forces and for various values of elastic parameters are examined. Emphasis has been placed on parametric regions and the results lead to some conclusions that have not been previously observed.
