Judicial causes involving mechanical discrepancies happen; the technical support for the judge is carried out by engineers; the skill report follows a scientific routine. The investigation is related to a Sport Utility Vehicle, 135 HP potency, and 2.81 cylinder capacity. The owner alleged mechanical failure in the axis, thus causing capsizes. In the process, the road, maintenance record, police information, suspension and axis, trajectory, damages, micrograph, macrograph, MEV fracture analysis, hardness and chemical analysis were examined. It was concluded that there was no direct impact or manufacturing failure of the front axis tip - right side by fatigue.
