Indian two-wheeler industry has got spectacular growth in the last few years. The face of auto industry that was redefined with the invention of fuel-efficient technology is all set to see dawn of a new era in two-wheeler industry. It's not petrol or diesel or any other fuel, but it is electricity that has initiated a revolution in two-wheeler industry in India. This project aims to design, develop, and implement a two-wheeler electric vehicle (EV) that meets the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions. Key aspects include selection of appropriate components such as the electric motor, battery pack, controller, chassis, and suspension system to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety, alongside precise controller design for effective power management and smooth acceleration. The project aims to contribute to learning ofelectricmobilitybyprovidingasustainableandefficientalternativetotraditionalgasoline-powered two-wheelers. This project especially emphasizes on motor sizing, battery sizing, and structural analysis. The project aims to determine the optimal specifications for the motor and battery, considering factors such as vehicle weight, desired acceleration, and energy consumption. This project seeks to deliver efficient two-wheeler EV that meets the demands of modern urban transportation while contributing to sustainability and environmental conservation. So, the electrically charged bikes or scooters have very bright future in area of personal transportation. This Project studies about design and development of Motor and Controller.
