This document defines the criteria used for the selection of landing gear shock strut upper and lower bearings (see Figure 1).
Rationale
This SAE Aerospace Information Report is intended to provide criteria normally used for landing gear shock strut bearing selection and is being revised as part of the Five-Year Review policy.
