Development and Practice of Airborne Electronic Hardware Based on DO-254
This seminar is offered in China only and presented in Mandarin Chinese. The course materials are bilingual (English and Chinese).
Through this course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the DO-254 standard. They will learn the relationship between the development of airborne electronic hardware (AEH) and the development of the aircraft and the system, grasp the key objectives, activities, and generated data of AEH lifecycle, learn some common problems in the application of DO-254 and how to prevent these problems to reduce the risks of deviating from DO-254.
This course will also introduce the current AEH certification requirements, including the interpretation of the difficulties and hotspot issues of compliance approval. Participants will learn the methods and focuses of the certification authorities for monitoring the airworthiness compliance of AEH, which will help them comprehensively implement relevant certification requirements in the development of hardware products to ensure the airworthiness compliance of the hardware.
