Design Verification and Production Validation for Product Development

This seminar introduces the participants to Design Verification and Product Validation (DV&PV), an effective engineering tool to ensure that today's problems are not present in tomorrow' products and a product will perform according to its design intent.

The seminar prepares the participants to effectively identify the requirements in DV&PV, develop Design Verification Plan and Production Validation Plan, identify the resources required, and analyze the test results. The seminar will teach the participants how to use DV&PV to capture their thoughts as they verify a product or a process. This systematic approach formalizes and documents the mental discipline that an engineer normally goes through in any design process.

The seminar will also introduce some latest ideas of reliability methods aimed at failure mode avoidance through effective detection of failure mode.
