REVISION IS REQUIRED TO CORRECT THE MS PART NUMBERS IN TABLE 4 (SHOULD BE MS3420 RATHER THAN MS34201), TO MOVE THE TABLE 4 INFORMATION TO THE PART NUMBER SECTION AND INCLUDE A TABLE TITLE, TO IMPROVE THE DRAWING QUALITY, TO CLARIFY THE FIGURE 1 AND FIGURE 2 TITLES (FIGURE 1 IS WITH FLANGE AND FIGURE 2 IS WITHOUT FLANGE), AND TO CORRECT EDITORIAL ERRORS SUCH AS SPELLING IN PARAGRAPH 3 (PURPOSED) AND UNNECESSARY SPACES IN THE METRIC EQUIVALENT NUMBERS IN TABLES 1 AND 2.
