Scope
This specification covers environment and fluid resisting, rectangular type, rack to panel electrical connectors (plugs and receptacles). These connectors utilize individually sealing removable crimp type contacts and are capable of continuous operation from −65 °C to +150 °C.

SAE Subcommittee shall also serve the needs of the Navy, Army, and Air Force through the establishment and maintenance of User Advisory Committees.
