Scope
This recommended practice covers design requirements for silver and copper brazed joints, primarily for tube connections, for aerospace propulsion systems. The environmental conditions stated herein, and those given in the applicable AMS specifications, provide the limitations of this ARP.

The SAE E-25 General Standards for Aerospace & Propulsion Systems committee addresses aerospace propulsion systems and components. These systems and components include bolts, screws, nuts, washers, studs, rivets, pins, covers, O-rings, brackets, plugs and associated procurement requirements, as well as solid film lubricants and design specifications for screw threads and fastener assembly requirements.
