Scope
This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) provides the industry agreed methods to keep the center of gravity (C.G.) location of loaded air cargo Unit Load Devices (ULDs) within the maximum horizontal and vertical limits allowed by their airworthiness approval.

Issuing Committee
Committee AGE-2 reports to the Aerospace General Projects Division. The main, or governing committee, AGE-2, is composed of the most experienced members, mainly from the airlines, airframe manufacturers, and support equipment manufacturers, to provide leadership and guidance for the Membership to implement the work is drawn with reasonable balance from airlines, airframe manufacturers, support equipment manufacturers, and others with special aircraft related expertise. Members serve based on their knowledge, expertise, and experience and not as agents or representatives of any organization.
