Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine different methods of enhancing the process of audio companies to reduce their warranty costs for subsystems and components without increasing engineering resources. The methods that will be examined include: working with suppliers to achieve better relationships, improving plant conditions and communications, assisting dealers with customer service, and improving training and learning throughout the corporation. Cooperation between companies and their employees, suppliers, plants, dealerships, and customers is the key goal.
