Abstract
A new tool set has been developed to assist the design of In-Vehicle Networks and Diagnostic Interfaces. The paper describes a methodology by which a number of networks may be simulated simultaneously and how the new tool set can be used to develop diagnostic communications for a vehicle which supports CAN and Keyword Protocol 2000.
