Abstract
The cold plate presented hereafter has been developed for payload and subsystem thermal control on board the ISS and other space applications. The cold plate is connected to a water cooling loop and acts as a heat sink for electronic equipment and/or payload. The structural/thermal design and performance compatible with the requirements of the ISS and its environment are described in this paper together with the verification approach.
