Abstract
The sealed Fiber Nickel-Cadmium (FNC) cell features fiber plates configured in a split negative design. This highly reliable cell design delivers high power, high cycle life, and is capable of fast charge over wide temperature ranges (1). This paper discusses key design features and the wide reach of FNC applications.
