Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study conducted to determine how abrasive flow machining a set of high performance B1BS Brodix racing cylinder heads affects the overall performance of a 7.35 litre Chrysler drag racing engine. The performance characteristics, along with the economic impact of utilizing the abrasive flow machining process, are studied in a before vs. after format, along with a study in emissions performance enhancements in a related endeavor.
