This paper describes software automation in integrated health management of the Propulsion Checkout and Control System that is being developed under the Reusable Launch Vehicle Program. It describes techniques used to automate and integrate degradation detection and failure prediction, testability analysis, and efficient diagnostics and system health monitoring.
