De-Nox Converter of Diesel Engine Vehicle for Practical Use

We have developed a de-NOx catalyst technology of diesel vehicles for almost 10 years. Recently we could realize about 30% NOx reduction under the Japanese 13-mode test. The following is the points of this reports. 1) We developed 2 various type catalysts. ("Low Temp. Use" and "High Temp. Use"). 2) We developed the wide temp. use "Composite Catalyst" using 2 various type catalysts. 3) We could find to improve the de-NOx performance by the unique de-NOx agency spraying operations using "Composite Catalyst". 4) We propose the new de-NOx converter system for practical use, which is composed by composite catalyst, diesel fuel for agency spraying system and converter control CPU-system.
