Abstract
This paper will show a kind of project solution using a new tecnology to generate a new product (shock absorber) auxiliared by a computer system in order to reduce the time to do it. CAD are used to do the model / draw, and after this, we can verify the stress behaviour using a CAE system. Create a stampie die using 3D draws previously created in CAD. Simulate machinering in a stamping die ( CAM Systems ) and after this sequence, create a Process Planning Sheet used in the factory with CAPP. This system describe the steps used in the process.
