Abstract
In this paper, commercially available anti-lock brake (ABS) and tracking control (TC) system was tested to provide computer simulation models for use in ABS/TC algorithm development and evaluation of brake system. Build and dump valve flow characteristics in brake block and brake caliper compliance were tested using the hydraulic bench test set-up. Details of the hydraulic test can be used for evaluating the performance characteristics of ABS/TC brake system. As a modeling tool, the bond graph technique was used.
