Abstract
Industrials vehicules and passengers car have to reduce their tare weight, and to improve safety as well as life expectancy of their components…
Composit compression spring is the solution in order to do successfully the job!
We will star our statement with a presentation of our study on composit torsion springs and will go on describing SARDOU SA installations devoted to composit.
Then, we will introduce compression spring concept, and will explain why they are so good, compared to composit leaf springs and hairpins.
We will then show some experimental results and some potential applications.
