Pressure fluctuations on the surface of side windows were calculated to investigate the aerodynamic noise of vehicle. In these calculations, unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes equations were solved using third-order upwind-different scheme. Experimental testing has shown that calculated amplitude values correspond closely with experimental data and can thus be used in studying aerodynamic noise. A method has been developed which makes it possible to obtain the characteristics of noise occurring near door windows.
