Abstract
The Technology Transfusion Opportunities Program (TTOP) is an Air Force-wide initiative whose overall purpose is to spread “tech-knowledge” to decision makers. The focus is on successfully proven technologies which enhance a system's R&M. Not every problem requires a brand new or unique solution. However, most decision makers are unaware of these existing solutions. Once used technologies are rarely documented, hence, often go unnoticed and end up sitting on a shelf somewhere. The TTOP products which help spread awareness are one page descriptions, called TechTIPs for technologies and TechTAPs for programs. These one pagers are published monthly and distributed to over 3000 people in government and industry.
