Chip Resistant Coatings for the Automotive industry

Abstract
Flying stones and other debris are causing more and more damage to the aerodynamically styled automobiles. Many solutions have been explored for minimizing this damage. Coatings based on polyurethane technology have been shown to be a viable approach for providing chip resistance.
