Abstract
Engine or driven component excited torsionals can result in unacceptable noise and premature torsional fatigue failure of transmissions and drive line components. The development of viscous type torsional damper for drive lines has been shown to be effective in reducing or eliminating the undesired effects of this torsional activity.
