Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to outline a management system which integrates proactive thinking and state-of-the-art statistical tools into the culture of an organization.
Specifically, this paper defines a system for developing and manufacturing new products. Emphasis is put on product planning with respect to customer driven requirements of quality, reliability, cost and delivery.
