Abstract
“FotoGram” is a two dimensional photogrammetry software package developed by General Motors Corporation. It generates a transformation matrix from the input reference data which best represents a given surface and “transforms” the selected points into a plan view.
The general usage of the “FotoGram” software in accident reconstruction is presented along with various methods of reference point measurement and placement.
