Abstract
The Graphic Front Luminous Vacuum Fluorescent Display (G-FLVFD) has been successfully developed and introduced to the market place. This G-FLVFD is the next generation of the matrix system employing a dual wire grid scanning system. By utilizing both front luminescence and the dual wire grid scanning system, high resolution is obtained having 320×240 pixels with a pixel pitch of 0.375mm. Near-term developments will include improved resolution, multi-colors and increased capacity.
