Fokker's Activities in Cabin Noise Control for Propeller Aircraft

Abstract
This paper mainly deals with the noise control measures which have been applied successfully on Che propeller-driven Fokker F27 Friendship aircraft. The measures described include the application of dynamic absorbers, double walls, damping treatments and synchrophasing. Provisions for suppressing rattles are also discussed.
